Receive presentation from Barbara Nitis with U.S. Small Business Administration about federal disaster assistance. Public Information Officer Barbara Nitis explained the disaster assistance available to businesses, homeowners and renters who suffered losses caused by the severe storms and tornadoes that occurred on November 4b.
