provided with manufacturer supplied vendor control panels and associated local graphic screens. <br />For these systems, Garver will develop FactoryTalk graphic screens to capture key variables to <br />be monitored from the central SCADA system. Anticipated screens to be developed include: <br />o Overview (revise) <br />o Lift Station <br />o Headworks <br />o Influent Pump Station <br />o Chemical Disinfection Facility <br />o ATAD Reactors <br />o Polymer Mixing and Feed Systems <br />o Sludge Thickening <br />o Sludge Holding and Aeration Blowers <br />o Solids Dewatering Feed Pump Station <br />o Solids Dewatering (revise) <br />o Septage Receiving and Recycle Flow Pump Station (revise) <br />o Trends —maximum often (10) additional predefined <br />o Alarms —maximum of one hundred (100) additional alarms <br />• Develop PLC programming to implement process control strategies and interface with <br />package systems as defined in the construction documents for the following PLCs: <br />o Lift Station PLC, 100PLC001 <br />o Admin Building PLC, 100PLC001 <br />o Disinfection PLC, 521 PLC001 <br />o Solids Dewatering PLC, 731 PLC01 <br />• Develop a maximum of ten (10) new graphic screens that are optimized for viewing process <br />status and control data on a mobile device. <br />• Add new alarms to software -based alarm notification system to notify plant personnel of <br />critical alarms via phone call, text, or email. <br />• Participation and coordination of one (1) virtual SCADA workshop. <br />• Observe Operational Readiness Testing. <br />• Provide onsite services for integration, startup, and testing of plant control systems. Eight <br />weeks of on-site startup time is expected. Additional on-site startup time due to <br />circumstances beyond the control of Garver shall be treated as extra work. The following <br />identifies the anticipated onsite services: <br />o Refinement of initial PLC programming and HMI development for site conditions. <br />o Interface with vendor supplied control systems. <br />o Startup and functional testing of control systems for each process. <br />This scope is based upon the responsibilities of the Contractor to provide the following as outlined in <br />the construction contract documents, including but not limited to: <br />• SCADA hardware components and software licensing. <br />• Vendor supplied control systems. <br />• PLC hardware, control panels, networking equipment, and system testing. <br />• Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) and instrumentation calibrations and commissioning. <br />Appendix A - Scope of Services <br />Amendment 3 3 of 6 Version 1 <br />City of Paris WWTP Improvements <br />
