#9 <br />Building and Standards Meeting <br />February 19, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />There was conversation regarding fire time between Ken Kohls and Cade Oats. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demo within 30 days, or city <br />has right to do so. <br />Motion made by Reeves Hayter, seconded by Richard Thompson, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />F. 2750 W Campbell; Cedar Hill Clock 4, Lot 5 <br />Owner: Franciso Morano; 2750 Campbell, Paris, TX 75460 <br />Robert Talley stated there has been no contact with the owner. There is junk and rubbish <br />around entire property including but not limited to pallets, furniture, tires, camper that <br />has been disassembled, etc. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or <br />city has right to do so <br />Motion made by Brandon Kearney, seconded by Ken Kohls, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />G. 913 Church; City Block 159, Lot 8 <br />Owner: Church Street Inn LLC; 8231 HWY 217 South, Pattonville, TX 75468 <br />Robert Talley stated this structure is in the Historic District. The structure is unsecure <br />and is missing windows. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Secure structure within 14 days, Repair structure <br />within 30 days, or proceed with civil penalties. <br />Motion made by Richard Thompson, seconded by Brandon Kearney, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />5. Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Reeves <br />Hayter, and seconded by Board Member Richard Thompson.
