Frequently, we identify changes during engineering design and construction. When we <br />find that aproject nevisionisneeded,vvevvorkdosek/vviththestate,enQineens,and <br />require- <br />ments and adhere to the milestones specified in the grant agreement. GrantWorks project <br />managers implement eligible and environmentally cleared projects by communicating regu- <br />larly with engineers and clients. They work with clients to prepare and submit proposed contract <br />amendments on time. GrantWorks clients benefit from our large team of specialized staff who can <br />quickly complete any necessary environmental reviews, beneficiary surveys, and amendment requests. <br />2.4 Work Product Consistently of High Quality with Low Level of Errors <br />GnantVVorks has a systematic approach to maintaining technical accuracy and quality on projects: <br />0- Step 1:Thoroughly assess and understand the City's requirements and needs <br />0- Step 2:Plan and perform work inamanner that meets those needs <br />0- Step 3: Use periodic assessment and continual improvement techniques to enhance the effective- <br />ness and efficiency of our systems and processes <br />Our approach focuses on mapping out operational projectpnocessesandschmdu|ingsystematicqua|hx <br />checks continually tomaintain audit -ready project 0es. <br />0- GrantWorks' standard operating procedures (SDPs) provide the framework for this consistent ap- <br />proach throughout the firm while allowing the flexibility to address the City's specific needs and <br />requirements. <br />0- Our system aims to achieve customer satisfaction by preventing nonconformity at all stages. It em- <br />phasizes continual process improvement and requires identifying and deploying quality objectives. <br />VVetake aproactive approach toquality management and performance oneach project, starting with <br />requesting ascope ofwork. As part of our quality management program (Figure 3), GrantWorks' tech- <br />nical knowledge and industry experience allow us to detail the deliverables in the scope of work and <br />incorporate the appropriate level of monitoring and control to document compliance.
