We use detailed document
tracking systems to keep projects on track and on time, and collaborate daily to guide and assist with
financial management, recordkeeping, scope changes, reporting, environmental clearance, acquisition,
contract closeout, and other aspects of program implementation. We prepare all forms, notices, and
agenda items and provide them to you in advance, and we will confirm that the City has received word
from TDEM that applications have been approved and obligated.
