The <br />structure is unsecure. There is junk and rubbish throughout the property. The shed <br />at the back of property is dilapidated as well. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolition of house <br />and shed within 30 days, removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, vacate <br />within 30 days or city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Ken KohIs, seconded by Chris Fitzgerald, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />B. 605 NE 11 th, City of Paris, Block 73, Lot I <br />Owner: Debbie Desmond Guillory Trustee; P.O. Box 1578, Paris, TX 75461 <br />Robert Talley stated there was a fire in December but there were no penetrations to <br />roof and has been no contact with the property trustees. The owner is deceased. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, repair within 90 days <br />or this will come back to the commission. <br />Motion made by Chris Dux, seconded by A.W. "Plug" Clem, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />D. 264 E Hickory; City of Paris; Block 274, Lot 8 <br />Owner: Freddie Lewis & Sherry Lynn Powell; 13677 FM 1497, Paris, TX 75462 <br />Robert Talley stated the structure is a total burnout. The owner is in agreement with <br />demolition. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolition and removal <br />of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Chris Dux, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />
