T�e�aouVom�eoan <br />Our focus will be, "creating a landscape where utility, practicality, and beauty are united" and expanding the flora <br />throughout downtown. The landscape palette will h*visually appealing, utilizing mass drifts n(perennial flowers, <br />shrubbery, and stately shade trees. Each plant selection will be identified with a picture, plant name, <br />characteristics, and seasonal interests. Lambka <br />Associates will Work with city staff'to develop a phasing plan that establishes a clear path forward, breaking up <br />projects into manageable and achievable projects. Planning level opinion of probable construction costs will be <br />developed for the Two-way Restoration of the one-way pairs, Town Square, and Market Square, These will be <br />order -of -m agn Rude estimates made for budget purposes only, based on recent local bid tabs, historical bid tabs, <br />and estimator judgement. Construction phases will be established for each project based on logical start and stop <br />locations, i.e. per block, park versus streetscape.etc. An implementation matrix will be developed whelp prioritize <br />projects for construction. Matrix categories will include, but not belimited to; opinion ofprobable construction cost, <br />pama*ad economic value, perceived, community value, perceived impact onbusiness owners, etimated <br />duration of construction, available budget per fiscal year, etc. Categories will be discussed and finalized with staff <br />prior mmatrix development. <br />
