There being none, a Motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Council Member Norment and seconded by Mayor Pro -Tem Savage. Motion carried, 4 ayes — 0 nays. Approve minutes from the meeting of March 9, 2026. 6. Receive reports and/or minutes from the following boards and commissions: a. Planning & Zoning Commission (2-4-2026) b. Main Street Advisory Board (2-10-2026) c. Historic Preservation Commission (2-23-2026) 7. Receive the February 2026 monthly financial report. Receive February drainage report. 9. Approve the Final Plat of the Kraft Addition, Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, LCAD 21148, located in the 4200 Block of Clarksville Street, 10. Award the 2026 annual grounds maintenance bid and authorize a contract to Green's Lawn Service in the amount of $99,970.00, for grounds maintenance for twenty-four City of Paris properties. 11. Approve RESOLUTION NO. 2026-013: A Resolution authorizing the execution of an Agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the temporary closure of State right-of-way in support of the 2026 Paris Art Festival. Re Mlar Agenda 12. Convene into executive session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive legal advice about (1) pending or contemplated litigation and/or (2) on matters in which the duty of an attorney to her client under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflict with this chapter, to -wit: City of Paris v. CTRA Property Holdings, L.L.C. Mayor Pankaj convened City Council into executive session at 5:37 p.m. 13. Reconvene into open session and possibly take action on those matters discussed in executive session. Mayor Pankaj reconvened City Council into open session at 6:06 p.m.
