MINUTES OF THE BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />March 20, 2026 <br />The Building and Standards Commission of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, <br />March 20, 2026, at the City of Paris Council Chambers, 1.07 E. Kaufman St., Paris, <br />TX 75460. <br />Present: Board Members: <br />Jesse Wallace Jr <br />Kim Walker <br />Morgan Cline <br />Alexander Moore <br />Angie Briscoe <br />Absent: A.W. Call meeting to order. <br />Kim Walker, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. <br />2. Approve minutes from the meeting of January 20, 2026. <br />A Motion was made by Angie Briscoe to approve minutes, seconded by Kim Walker. Motion <br />carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />3. Public Hearing to consider presentations by City of Paris Code Inspectors and owner(s) and/or lien <br />holder(s) of the below properties who have been given notice of a violation of Chapter 4, Article 4.03 <br />entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures;" Chapter 7, Article 7.04 entitled <br />"Weeds, Junk, and Other Objectionable, Unsightly, or Unsanitary Matter on Private Premises;" Chapter <br />8, Article 8.10 entitled "Outdoor Storage;" Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, TX. <br />
