The structure has holes in <br />the roof, junk and rubbish throughout and the ceiling has collapsed. There is missing and <br />deteriorated wood on the soffit of the roof. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within 30 days, <br />demolish structure within 30 days, removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or the city <br />has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Jesse Wallace Jr, seconded by Alexander Moore, to follow staff recommendation. <br />Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />B. 327 16th SE; City Block 102-B, Lot 4 <br />Owner: Lynette Manusco Beard, Derek Dillard, Paige Morris; 327 16th SE, Paris, TX 75460 <br />Nicki Brown stated there has been no contact with the property owner but she spoke with Derek <br />Dillard and Paige Morris who reside at the property. There was a camper that was being resided <br />in but it has now been removed. There is junk and rubbish throughout the entire property <br />including but not limited to; tree limbs, trash bags, furniture, baskets, crates, totes and other <br />scattered items. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within 30 days, <br />removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Alexander Moore, seconded by Jesse Wallace Jr, to follow staff recommendation. <br />Motion carried unanimously. 5-0 <br />C. 527 17th NE; City Block 70-B, Lot 21 <br />Owner: Peggy J Gentry; PO Box 54, Pattonville TX, 75468 <br />Nicki Brown stated the property owner is deceased and she spoke with the residents of the <br />camper. The camper is in the back yard and they are still residing in it. There is junk and rubbish <br />throughout the property including but not limited to; pallets, lumber, trash bags, and other <br />scattered items. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, <br />vacate property, remove camper, and removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or the <br />city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Morgan Cline, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff recommendation.
