5. Interpretation of Technical Standards Manual requirements. <br />(b) Building Safety Department. <br />1. Program administration; <br />2. Facility registration and permit administration; <br />3. Annual inspections and compliance enforcement; <br />4. Maintenance of records and inspection files; <br />5. Administration of permit renewals and compliance tracking. <br />(9) Inspection and Maintenance Requirements. All facilities shall be inspected and <br />maintained in accordance with: <br />(a) The Program Manual; <br />(b) Approved O&M Manuals; and <br />(c) The Technical Standards Manual. <br />Annual inspections shall be required unless otherwise approved by the City. <br />(10) Recordkeeping. Owners and responsible parties shall maintain inspection, <br />maintenance, repair, and compliance records for a minimum period of five (5) years and <br />shall provide such records to the City upon request. <br />(11) Violations and Enforcement. <br />(a) Notice of Violation. <br />The City may issue a Notice of Violation for noncompliance with: <br />1. This section-, <br />2. The Program Manual; <br />3. The Technical Standards Manual; <br />4. Approved engineering plans; or <br />5. Approved O&M Manuals. <br />(b) Compliance Period. <br />The City shall establish a reasonable compliance period unless an imminent threat to <br />public health, safety, or property exists. <br />(c) Additional Remedies. <br />In addition to other remedies authorized by law, the City may: <br />1. Suspend or revoke permits; <br />2. Withhold development approvals, inspections, or certificates of occupancy; <br />
