<br />Executive Recruitment Steps <br /> <br />Finalist Selection <br /> <br />Meet with the search committee to review resumes of top candidates. <br /> <br />After reviewing our top candidates, you will have the opportunity to <br />select those you wish to interview. <br /> <br />Background Investigation <br /> <br />Verify pertinent education and training; employment check. <br /> <br />Education, training and experience pertinent to your job requirements <br />are verified for your top candidates. Education is verified; however, <br />transcripts are not obtained. <br /> <br />Contact references given by candidate. <br />We select and contact several of the top candidate's references. <br /> <br />Contact references in J&A's network. <br /> <br />Individuals independent of the top candidate's references are con- <br />tacted. <br /> <br />Summarize background investigation. <br />A written report with background verification is presented to the search <br />committee. <br /> <br />Background Investigation DOES NOTinclude a criminal records check <br />or a credit check.
