<br />Ben Vaughan stated that they want to take off the old additions that <br />were used as apartments. Motion to approve COA was made by Brian <br />Wear, seconded by Paul Denney. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made to return Pike Burkhart by Susan Scholz, seconded <br />by Brian Wear. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />3. Discussion of and possible action on recommending to the City Council the <br />acceptance of a donation of property located at 955 Pine Bluff in order to <br />ensure appropriate in-fill in the Pine Bluff National Register Historic District. <br />Lisa A. Wright advised the Commissioners that the property had previously <br />been an old house in the Pine Bluff National Register District that has burned <br />to the ground through arson. She stated that, if the Commission wished to <br />recommend acceptance of the property, it would be for the purposes of <br />insuring appropriate infill in this dying Historic District. Motion was made to <br />recommend acceptance ofthe donation by Pike Burkhart, seconded by Susan <br />Scholz. Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />4. Request items for future agendas. Arvin Starrett requested that the <br />Commission undertake a preliminary discussion of declaring the Pine Bluff <br />Historic District. <br /> <br />5.
