The following individuals spoke in favor of the petition. <br /> <br />Tim Davenport Herbst, 309 Church, Pastor, spoke in favor of the <br />petition. Pastor Herbst stated they want to put a columbarium in the <br />ash garden. They had received approval from the City in 1987, but <br />never did it, so they are now asking for official approval. Construction <br />will consist of a concrete pad behind a brick wall, 36" wide by 48" tall, <br />above the ground. The Church is asking for the zoning change only on <br />the ash garden. <br /> <br />Sally McEwin, Church Member, spoke in favor of the petition. Ms. <br />McEwin stated that the area is a 35' by 35' ash garden bounded by the <br />building, a wall, and trees. Initially, there were to be 36 niches. <br /> <br />B.
