the COA. Motion carried 4-0. <br />Motion was made by Nancy Partridge, seconded by Susan Scholz, to return Paul <br />Denney to the meeting. Motion carried 4-0. <br />c. S East Plaza - Artesia Enterprises - Gary Brown - Mr. Brown stated the <br />windows will be 1/1 evenly divided, aluminum powder coated, and will <br />match the old ones. The lower level windows will be low E glass, and the <br />dividing mullion will be thin and bronze in color. On the north side of the <br />building, he will replace the wood with clapboard. Last, he will install a <br />gate on the north entry to the loft. Motion was made by Susan Scholz, <br />seconded by Nancy Partridge to approve the COA. Motion carried 5-0. <br />d. 7 East Plaza - The Consignment Shop - Gary Brown - Mr. Brown stated <br />they will remove the facade cover and restore the building to its original <br />look. They are considering restoring the top parapet, but they're not sure <br />yet. Motion was made by Susan Scholz, seconded by Paul Denney to <br />approve the COA as shown in the drawing, only he will only have to come <br />back if there is a significant change made in the design or the materials from <br />those approved in the previous COA. Motion carried 5-0. <br />e. 913 Church Street - Ben M. Vaughan - This item was skipped because there <br />would be no quorum if Pike Burkhart and Ben Vaughan recused <br />themselves. <br />.f. 1110 Church Street - Ben M. Vaughan - This item was skipped because <br />there would be no quorum if Pike Burkhart and Ben Vaughan recused <br />themselves. <br />g. 112 S. Main Street - Elsie G. Solomon - Matt Coyle stated they want to <br />replace the east entrance with the original doors. The only addition will be <br />a new window to the side to match the door. Motion was made by Paul <br />Denney, seconded by Susan Scholz, to approve the COA. <br />h. Downtown Plaza - Main Street Advisory Board, Design Committee - Matt <br />Coyle stated the Main Street Board is proposing planters for four corners of <br />outside Plaza. T'hey will not interfere with traffic. The bowl matches <br />close to the fountain's cast stone. Motion was made by Susan Scholz, <br />seconded by Nancy Partridge, to approve the COA. Motion carried 5-0. <br />4. Consrderation of and action on awarding the following facade grant: <br />a. 112 S. Main Street - Mrs. Douglas Solomon - Motion was made by Susan <br />Scholz, seconded by Ben Vaughan, to approve the facade grant. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br />-V. ~Qfl 2 1 <br />
