<br />217 Dead Animals: Animals or portions thereof equal to or greater than 10 pounds in weight that
<br />218 have expired from any cause, except those slaughtered or killed for human use.

<br />220 Disposal Site: A refuse depository including but not limited to the landfills, transfer stations,
<br />221 incinerators and waste processing/separation center licensed, permitted or approved by all
<br />222 governmental bodies and agencies having jurisdiction and requiring such licenses, permits, or
<br />223 approvals to receive refuse and/ar dead animals for processing or final disposal.

<br />225 Garbage: Any and all dead animals of less than 10 pounds in weight, except those slaughtered
<br />226 for human use; every day accumulation of waste (animal, vegetable and/or other matter) that
<br />227 results from the preparation, processing, consumption, dealing in, handling, packing, canning,
<br />228 storage, transportation, decay or decomposition of ineats, fish, fowl, birds, fruits, grains or other
<br />229 animal or vegetable matter (including, but not by way of limitation, that used in tin cans and
<br />230 other food containers; and all putrescible or easily decomposable waste animal or vegetable
<br />231 matter which is likely to attract flies or rodents); except bulky waste, construction debris, dead
<br />232 animals 10 pounds or more in weight, hazardous waste, rubbish or stable matter.

<br />234 Hazardous Waste: Any chemical, compound, mixture, substance or article which is designated
<br />235 by the United States Environmental Protection Agency ar appropriate agency of the State to be
<br />236 "hazardous" as that term is defined by or pursuant to Federal or State Law.

<br />238 Landfill: A facility used by the contractor where trash and garbage are disposed of by burying
<br />239 between layers of earth or other approved daily cover.

<br />241 Municipal Solid Waste: Residential refuse and bulky waste, construction debris, rubbish, and
<br />242 stable matter generated at a residential unit, unless the context otherwise requires and
<br />243 commercial and industrial refuse.

<br />252 includes glass, crockery, tin cans, aluminum cans, metal furniture, and the like materials which
