MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />Planning and Zo in Corrunission <br />FROM: Shawn Napier, P141 <br />Director of En e eng, Planning & Development <br />DATE: February 4, 2011 <br />SUBJECT: Essent PRMC Addition 306 #1 Preliminary Plat <br />I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the <br />preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following <br />exception. <br />1. The two drainage channels (NE and SW corners) on the property must be brought up to <br />code. Several options are available. Drainage easements should be added to allow water <br />to flow through the property. <br />2. Show all of the existing water lines, sewer lines, water meters and sewer cleanouts. <br />3. All of the existing water lines, fire hydrants, water meters and public sewer lines should <br />be in a 15-foot wide utility easement. <br />4. Show Right-of-Way widths for Stillhouse Road (at a couple of locations) and Stone <br />Avenue.
