Conduct a lot of stakeholder input and intelligence gathering activities to garner local buy-in and <br />suppart. <br />4. Assess our competitian and identify best practices froxn who we can Iearn and take good ideas, <br />5. Gather data and conduct expert analysis, providing insights not obvious to us. <br />6. Pravide specific short- and long-term recommendations. <br />7. Serve as an extension of PEDC among a crawd which we have never been a part of, and who <br />otherwise we could not gei on their radar screen. <br />8, Introduce Paris, Texas to a national audience af thought leaders. <br />9. Identify and open doors to State, Federal and private funding for additional resouxces to pilot andlor <br />implement the strategy. , <br />10. Identify specific industry targets and assist us to call on them ta maximize our trade mission <br />recruiting visits. <br />11. Puts Paris on the map and in the national spotlight - on the leading edge, a best practice, a thought <br />leader. <br />12. Shows we can play with the "big boys!"
