It is probably one 0 the most <br />important structures in the City of Paris. Mr. Starrett enc uraged the <br />passing of the designation with the understand of the com ission that <br />it is with the blessing of the property owner. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared <br /> <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of the Historic P eservation <br />Commission for a change in zoning to include a Risto ic Overlay <br />District No.5 (HD) on Lot 5, City Block 163, being locate at 623 6th <br />Street SEe <br /> <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve as Historic Overlay District o. 5 (HD) <br />by Carl Lucas, seconded by Brad Archer. Motion carried y a vote of <br />8 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of the Historic P eservation <br />Commission for a change in zoning to include a Histo ic Overlay <br />District No.6 (HD) on Lot 3, City Block 248-B, being loc ed at 1970 <br />Clarksville Street. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />
