Motion carried 7-0. <br />Item G. 505 3rd Street N.W., Lot 5, City Block 80, was considered separately. <br />Skipper Steeley handed the Commission members a biography of Admiral <br />Richardson, who was a prior owner of this structure, and gave a verbal history <br />of the house. He told the Commission he was not asking them to save the <br />structure, because he thought it was already too far gone, but he asked if <br />there was some way the City could save the wood. Commission Denney <br />asked the Historic Preservation Officer to find out how much the City could <br />accept for the property. Motion to remove the structure from the list being <br />forwarded to the Building and Standards Commission was made by Paul <br />Denney, seconded by Sue Lancaster. Motion carried 8-0. <br />5.
