<br />City Hall and Annex, the Police Station, City Fire Stations, and as needed at other <br />City facilities. This service shall be extended to any new City facilities of the <br />same kind or in replacement of the current facilities listed herein. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />MODIFICATION TO RATES: <br /> <br />6.01 City acknowledges and agrees that Rates charged the City by Contractor <br />for services will remain fixed until July 31, 2006. Commencing on August 1, <br />2006, and annually thereafter on each anniversary date of this Agreement, Rates <br />shall be adjusted to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U All) for <br />the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex Region 6 Bureau of Labor Statistics for each <br />contract year. <br /> <br />6.02 In addition, such Rates shall be adjusted from time to time to reflect <br />Contractor's increased costs applicable to this Agreement for any changes in laws, <br />rules, regulations, or ordinances, and for increases in governmentally imposed <br />taxes, fees, or tariffs; provided, however, Contractor shall provide City all <br />information necessary for City to verify the applicability of such increased costs <br />to this Agreement before such costs are implemented. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />7.01 <br /> <br />7.02 <br /> <br />TYPES OF COLLECTION: <br /> <br />Residential Collection: Contractor shall collect Residential Waste from <br />each Customer twice weekly, either Monday and Thursday, or Tuesday <br />and Friday, from the curb or side of the street or public road in front of the <br />Residential Unit. Alley service shall not be extended, and shall be <br />continued only to residents presently receiving such service. Contractor <br />shall provide City a copy of maps indicating the routes used in the <br />collection of Residential Waste from all Customers. City has the right to <br />reject and request modification of routes, and updates on routes of <br />Contractor. <br /> <br />Contractor shall collect up to ten (10) Bags and Containers per collection <br />per Residential Unit. All Brush must be cut, tied and bundled, and each <br />such Bundle shall conform to the requirements set forth herein. Total <br />amount of "Bundle" material set out for collection each week (per home) <br />shall not exceed two (2) cubic yards (6' x 3' x3'). Contractor shall not be <br />required to collect, and the City shall collect, all Brush which is not cut, <br />tied and bundled. <br /> <br />Bulk Wastes Collection: In addition, Contractor shall provide a once <br />weekly collection service for Bulky Waste, on the second collection day <br />of each week, limited to one (1) item of Bulky Waste per collection <br />period. <br /> <br />SOLID WASTE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Page 7 <br />
