Shoe mold must be required in every room whcre sheet vinyl or hard wood flooring exists or is <br />installcd. <br />F. Wall trim must be used where peneling buus corner or where a wall is in two different planes. <br />Wall d-im for paneling must be stsin grade inside or outside corners. All other uso materials as <br />[lCCC898f)'. <br />10.0 Exterlor Sfdlng und Trim <br />10.1. Materials <br />A. Exterior sheathing must be one of the following: <br />1. Wood boards or sheathing panels sg b', ttuck (no plywood) <br />2. Hardbvard over studs 16b' or 24`d, on center 5g b, thick <br />3. Hardboard ovcr oxisting siding Y8 `d thick <br />4. Cement board Lap Siding on studs 16", on center. <br />B. If siding is to be replaced it must be: <br />1. Wood siding not less than 5/8b', unkss installed over s5eathing. All siding must be "C" <br />gTade or better, free from loose knots and splits. <br />2. Plywood must be of exterior gade and must have a thicknoss of 5/8d. <br />3. Match existing as required• <br />C. All siding replacement must be of conforming pattern, type, at►d eolor. If unable to match, entire <br />shucture must be Fainted to make color uniform. <br />D. Exterior trim must be preservative mated wolmanized lumber where contact with water is likely. <br />Otherwise lumber used must be #2 yellow pine. <br />E. Building face brick must be of gas firod solid clay shale units. Shvctural clay tile, concrete <br />masonry units, and stone must comply with FHA specifications, Section 703. <br />F. pll fasteners must be non-corrosive nails. <br />10.2. All new exterior siding must be completed with material of like quality over 15# felt paper.
