1.33 Coattactor will be responsible to deterniine utiliry needs, to provide adequate sanitary fac;lity(s) and to <br />safely opcrate equipment on site, <br />2.0 Site. <br />2.1 Minimum Site Standards <br />A. The lot or defined site must be fi+ee of debris, garbage or other accumulations of site stored items <br />that create possibilities of infestations. The site should be general(y Level, well drained, and <br />accessiblo. <br />2.2 Hazardous and Substandar+d Conditions <br />A. Hazardous and substandard conditions must include any condition that ttu+eatens the health and or <br />safety of the occupants. Substandard conditions include any condition that throatens, defeats or <br />wi111ead to the lack of functional viabiliry of a single feature of a home. These conditions must <br />include but not be limited to: <br />1. Accumulatzd debris, waste, or garbage either in enclosed areas such as storage buildings <br />orin yard areas; <br />2• Deteriorated and/or imeparable outbuildings, sheds, wells, privies, or other shuctuces <br />that sie no longer in use or are made unusable by their condition; <br />3. Hoies, ditches, cxposed meter boxes or other condidons that create a tripping hazard, <br />excluding drainage ditches that are part of a desigaed disinage system; <br />4. Rodents, insocts, or other infestations; <br />5. Standing water or depressions that hold water during wet weather, ltaking water <br />supplY, percoladng or leaicing sewage; <br />6. Exposed pipes, railings or other installations creating tripping hazards; <br />7. Damaged, missing or deteriorated wallcways, steps and decks that create trippin8 <br />hazards or are otherwise unsafe; <br />8. Stairways or steps with two steps or more and without s functional rail. <br />3.0 Ancillary Imprnvemenb <br />3.1 Minimum Ancillary Irnprovemenfs Standards <br />A. All walkways and decks should be continuous and usable, free from tripping hazards or othor <br />defects. <br />B. Walkways that includc two or more steps or decks more than 30" high shoWd include raiting. <br />3.2 Haaardous and Substandard Conditions <br />A. Must include any condition that tlutatens the health and or safety of the occupants.
