1. One owner's shut off at the meter or supply source, <br />2. One shut off at each toilet, <br />3. One shut off each for hot and cold water at each sink/lavatory. <br />4• One supply side ehut off at oach water heater. <br />5. At least one exterior faucet must be installed and all faucets must be freeze protected. <br />14.2 Hazardous and Substandard Conditions <br />A. Hazardous conditions must include any condition that threatens the health and or safety of the <br />occupants. Subatandard condiNons include any condition dat t}ur,atens, defeats or will lead to the <br />lack of functional viability of a single featur+e of a home. Theae condidons must include but not be <br />limited to: <br />1. Lack of a continuos sanitary water supply. Wt►ere ground wells are used, this source <br />should be approved for drinking or a secondary sow,ce of drinking water s6ould be <br />available; <br />Lack of a continuously funetioning sanitary watte water disposal sysbem; <br />3. Missing, dysfunctional or non-existent sanitary fecilities including a functioning toilet in <br />a separate room designed for such purposes. The lack of at least one sink and or lavatory <br />for hygiene and at leest one sink for kitchen purposes each providing a continuous flow of <br />both hot and cold water. The lack of at least one funcdonal bathing facility; <br />4. Deteriorated, rotted, broken or otherwise wom water supply or waste water pipes; <br />5. Evident leaks tither continuos or intemnittent of either waste water or water supply lines. <br />This includes evidence of pooling underground of water mains, sewer feeds or septic <br />drain fields; <br />6. Missing or blocked vent pipes; <br />7. Missing or dysfunctional shut off velves one of which should be located at the following <br />locations: <br />a. One shut off at the meter or supply sounce, <br />b. One shut offat each toilet, <br />c. One shut off each for hot and cold water at each sinkJlavatory, <br />d. One supply sido shut off at each water heater. <br />8. The lack of fully functioning faucets at each sink/lavatory, bathtub/shower, at and at least <br />one exterior hose bib <br />B.
