The strong- <br />back must be a minimum 2b'x 6`d fastened to 2b'x4b'. (to be same siu as rafters) <br />When mfter tails ar+e to be replaced, they must be cut back flush with exterior siding. New tafter <br />tails must be scabbed on 23 on existing mfter and of same dimension as existing. <br />When a ridgeboard is required, it must be a minimum of 1 b in, thickness and not less in depth <br />t6an the cut end of the mfter it joina.
