Bath Exhaust Pan must bt U.L. approved and installed to meet all applicable local codes. <br />E. Newly installed Range Hood must be U.L. listed and ventcd through the roof. <br />F. Scrvice Entrance must be a minimum 100 amp, l 20/240v service as per plans, <br />G. GFCI's will be installed at any outlet that is within six feet of a water sounce measured at the <br />shortest distance, such dtvices will be properly grounded and tested for proper function. <br />22.0 Miscellaneous <br />22.1. Extermination <br />A. Property must have one year policy witi► initial and three (3) quarterly rcturn treatments for ants, <br />roaches, silvcr6sh and rodents if required. <br />B• Properry must have a one time treatment for termite controt. Both exterminaNons must be <br />performed by a licensed and bonded compaay and must have a one year written wairanty or <br />guarantee delivered to the homeowner through the Contract Administrator.
