M. Skirting must heve ventilation openings a minimum of 4' from each corncr, and no less than every <br />8'. Vent openings should be covered by louvered screetied vents, and should be a minimum of 50 <br />square iaches. <br />N. Creep-holt door must be hinged and constiucted of such insect and decay resistant material to <br />conform with foundation skirt, and must be of adequate size for entrance into crawl space <br />(minimum of 16° x lb"). <br />6.2 Hazards and Substandard Conditions <br />A. Hazardous conditions must include any condition that threatens the health and or safety of the <br />occupants. Substandard conditions include any condition t6at threatens, defeats or will lead to the <br />lack of funetional viability of a single featiue of a home. These conditions must include but not be <br />limited bo: <br />I. Termite or other wood deatroying insect damage to spuohu-al members, <br />2. Water damage or dry not to sKruchunl members; <br />3. Broken, fut damaged or otherwise compromised beams, joist or silis; <br />4. Unsupportsd beams, or si11s or joints in same that have no support; inadequate support; <br />5. Water draining and/or pooling under foundatioa area; <br />6. In areas that have more than two annual days with temperatures bolow 30degrees, a lack <br />of underpinaing, skirting, or other insulating feature to eJCposed plumbing. <br />Existing skirting or undecpinning that is cracked, damagcd or not properly vented, <br />8• Ground contact of untrcated wooden structure; <br />9. Severe slab cracks that cneate or threaten structural or other systems such as plumbing; <br />B. Any other condition not mentioned that meets thc definition of a hazardous or substandard <br />condition should be repaired and/or rehabilitated to meet industry standards. <br />7.0 Floors <br />7.1 Minimum Floor System Standatds <br />A. All sub-floors should be solid and continuous, without liberal movement or bounce, free from rot <br />and dturioration <br />B. All flooriag must be free from tripping hazards with a minimum of seams spaced at fogical <br />locations such as doonvays and matched to the existing floor. <br />C.
