2.2.3 MATERIAL STORAGE <br />Materials delivered to the site of the work in <br />advance of their use shall be stored in a <br />manner which shall cause the least <br />inconvenience to the public; and in a manner <br />to best protect and preserve the material to <br />the satisfaction of the OWNER. Materials <br />shall be sorted and stored neatly and <br />accessibly. Materials not properly stored <br />shall not be eligible for inclusion in partial <br />estimates. <br />2.2.4 SEQUENCE <br />The sequence of operations to be followed <br />shall be prepared by the CONTRACTOR for <br />approval by the OWNER. The sequence shall <br />meet the job requirements for completion time, <br />avoid interference with plant operations and <br />shall conform to plan and specification <br />requirements. The construction of all sewers <br />shall begin at the outlet or lower end, unless <br />otherwise directed by the OWNER. Tributary <br />lines for sewers shall not be started until <br />the main sewer has been built to their <br />junction points. <br />2.2.5 LAYOUT <br />The CONTRACTOR shall construct the work in the <br />locations and to the grades and elevations <br />shown on the plans from base lines and bench <br />marks as established by the OWNER. <br />2.2.6 SIGNS <br />The required public information signs shall be <br />placed at locations approved by the OWNER <br />prior to the start of construction. <br />2.2.7 EQUIPMENT <br />All machinery and equipment necessary for the <br />construction of the work specified herein <br />shall be on the project and shall be <br />maintained in good condition to insure the <br />completion of the work without excessive <br />delays for repairs and replacements. <br />Equipment used for disposal of surplus <br />81 <br />
