Ms. Gibson would like the zoning <br />change to increase land appraisal for use as a bail bond business. <br /> <br />Jimmy Barham spoke in opposition to the petition, he asked Ms. Gibson <br />if the lot would remain as rental property. Mr. Barham stated that he <br />doesn't want to see junky property. Ms. Gibson stated that she doesn't <br />know what her plans are for the future. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of Mary Gibson for a <br />change in zoning from a Multiple-Family Dwelling No. 1 (MF-1) to a <br />Commercial District (C), Lot 13B, City Block 157, being number 1095 <br />1st Street SW. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers and seconded by Vincent <br />Battles. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of Ham and T, Inc., A Texas <br />Corporation for a change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling <br />District (2F) to a Neighborhood Service District (NS), Lot 4, City Block <br />33, being number 1331 E.
