The entire airport complex needs to be considered when planning improvements
to meet water system needs today and into the future. Due to the size of construction, minimum
flows for the current facilities should be 1,500 to 2,000 gpm. As the City plans airport industrial
development, the City needs to target appropriate water improvements.
Airport Industrial Development. A new terminal building was completed in 1999. There are
approximately 447 acres identified in the Airport Master Plan that are available for light
S:\95288\WPClfinal repurt 2-01.aic 26 BWR
