City agrees to turnish the County Judge, Lamar <br />County, an annual operating statement relating to revenues, <br />expenses, call statistics, and the status of delinquent and <br />uncollectable accounts, atzd that all non-medical recerds of <br />the services renderecl under this contract, and training and <br />certific~:tion records at a11 employees, be avuilable for <br />inspection and review by such County Jud.ge or nis designated <br />representatives, and to furnish a mor.tthly report in the forr,l <br />of Exhibit D attached hereto. <br />10. City agrees to operate the ambulance operation in <br />accordance wzth the requirements of State law and applicable <br />requirements ot c:ity and County as may be in effect. <br />11. City agrees that is wi11 have a minimum of three <br />(3) ambulances which meet the ambulance and equipment <br />requirements as set out in Paragraph 6above, manned with a <br />crew of two (2) men each, available to the citizens af the. <br />Lity an.d County twenty-f-our (24) hours per ciay, seven (7) <br />dGys per week. <br />12. County agrees that non-emerger~cy transfer service <br />form points within the City or County to points inside or <br />outside the County will be made at the prerogative of the <br />-3- <br />
