As specified in Divisions 00 and 01 apply to all work in this Section.. <br /> <br />1.02 DESCRIPTION OF WORK <br /> <br /> A. Provisions of this Section apply to the procedural requirements for the actual closcout of <br /> the Work, not to administrative matters such as final payment or the change-over of <br /> insurance. <br /> <br /> 1. Closeout requirements relate to both Substantial and Final Completion of the <br /> Work; they also apply to individual portions of completed Work as well as <br /> the total Work. <br /> <br /> 2. Specific requirements contained in other Sections have precedence over the general <br /> requirements contained in this Section. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br /> <br /> NOT USED <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 PROCEDURES AT SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION <br /> <br /> A. Prerequisites: Comply with the GENERAL and SUPPLEMENTARY <br /> CONDITIONS and complete the following before requesting the Construction <br /> Manager's and Architect's inspection of the Work, or a designated portion of the <br /> Work, for Certification of Substantial Completion. <br /> <br /> 1. Submit Punch lists(s) showing listing all complete and incomplete work to <br /> Construction Manager for review. <br /> <br /> 2. Submit executed guarantees, warranties, workmanship bonds, maintenance <br /> agreements, inspection certificates, occupancy permits, and similar <br /> required documentation for specific units of work to Construction Manager. <br /> <br /> 3. Submit record documentation, maintenance manuals, tools, spare parts, keys and <br /> similar operational items to Constxuction Manager for approval. <br /> <br /> 4.
