The mount of dust resulting from demolition shall be controlled to prevent the spread of <br /> dust and to avoid creation of a nuisance in the surrounding area. Use of water will <br /> not be permitted when it will result in, or create, a hazardous or objectionable <br /> condition such as damage to adjacent materials, flooding or pollution. <br /> <br />3.11 CONTRACT ZONE LIMITS <br /> <br /> A. The Contract Zone Limits shall generally be as indicated by the Owner, however, work <br /> outside the Zone Limits necessary to complete the project may be allowed if proposed <br /> to the Owner and approved by the Owner. <br /> <br />3.12 MAINTAINING TRAFFIC <br /> <br /> A. The Contractor(s) shall conduct operations with minimum interference to streets, <br /> driveways, sidewalks, etc. <br /> <br /> B. When necessary, the Contractor(s) shall provide, erect and maintain lights, barriers, etc., as <br /> required by traffic and safety regulations with special attention to protection of life. <br /> <br />3.13 CLEANUP <br /> <br /> A. Debris and rubbish shall be removed from the site daily and disposed of off site. Debris <br /> and rubbish shall not be allowed to accumulate in the building or on site. Collect all <br /> construction generated debris which drifts off-site. Debris shall be removed, transported <br /> off-site and disposed of in a City approved collection facility.
