Furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for finish grading onsite so <br /> as to yield a quality landscape-ready finish grade of topsoil, blending continuously with the <br /> surrounding land and carefully sloped so as to provide positive drainage away from the <br /> building and related items necessary to complete all work shown on the Drawings <br /> and/or specified herein. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br /> <br />2.01 MATERIAL <br /> <br /> A. Asbestos Prohibition: No asbestos containing materials shall be used. The contractor <br /> shall insure that all materials incorporated in the project are asbestos-free. <br /> <br />2.02 SURFACE MATERIAL <br /> <br /> A. Imported topsoil or stockpiled topsoil material from grading operation at Conmtctor's <br /> option after approval by Engineer may be used for finished grading yard fill <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 FINISH GRADING <br /> <br /> A. Outdoor areas shall be graded to finish grades and contours carefully sloped so as to <br /> provide positive drainage away from the building in all areas within 45' of the <br /> building(s). <br /> <br /> B. Top soil finished grading shall not be installed until buildings, walks, and other site work <br /> are substantially completed.
