Compression Weather-stripping: <br /> <br /> 1. Manufacturer's standard nonferrous spring metal or vinyl gasket, designed for <br /> permanently resilient sealing under bumper or wiper action, completely concealed <br /> when window sash is closed. <br /> <br /> E. Hardware: <br /> <br /> 1. Provide solid oil-robbed bronze operational and locking hardware (sash lifts and <br /> sash locks). <br /> <br /> F. Glass and Glazing Materials: <br /> <br /> 1. Provide in-kind glazing to match existing. <br /> <br />2.03 FABRICATION: All new windows are custom sizes. Coordinate dimensions with actual <br />measurement of each existing window opening in construction work. Expect discrepancies and <br />out-of square rough openings and allow adequate time and resources to adjust windows and <br />window frames accordingly. No cutting of existing rough masonry window openings will be <br />allowed. <br /> <br /> A. Sizes and Profiles: Provide in-kind replicas of existing/original profiles or as shown on <br /> Drawings. <br /> <br /> B. Where necessary replicate custom sizes and coordinate dimensions with the actual <br /> measure of window openings in construction work. <br /> <br /> C. Extent of each window unit, except as otherwise indicated, includes sash or sashes, frame, <br /> stops, sill (including undersill or nosing), exterior casing and moldings, integral <br /> mullions and muntins, hardware and accessories. <br /> <br /> 1. Provide weather-stripping at perimeter of each operating sash. <br /> 2. Provide glazing stops (beads), coordinated with glass selection and glazing system <br /> as indicated. <br /> <br /> D. Pre-glaze wood window units at shop before delivery, unless not available as pre-glazed <br /> from fabricator; except do not pre-glaze light sizes in excess of 100 united inches. <br /> <br /> E. Shop-Finished Units: Provide fabricator's standard shop primer finish on exposed <br /> interior and exterior window surfaces only of wood components. <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 EXISTING WINDOW RESTORATION: <br /> <br /> A.
