Furnish and deliver to the building site, all new and replica finish hardware required <br /> for all doors, cabinets/drawers, restroom partitions, etc. as required to satisfy all <br /> functional uses of the space. <br /> <br /> B. Inspect, catalog, remove, clean, replate, repair and reinstall existing historic finish <br /> hardware designated for reuse. <br /> <br />1.02 INCORPORATED DOCUMENTS: <br /> <br /> A. GENERAL CONDITIONS and DIVISIONS 00 & 01 apply to all work in this Section. <br /> <br />1.03 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br /> A. Hardware Allowance: Finish hardware shall be selected by the Architect from a cash <br /> allowance for materials only, delivered to the job site, all taxes included. Refer to <br /> SECTION 01200 ALLOWANCES for allowance directive. Supplier shall submit <br /> proposed hardware installation schedule to Architect during pre-qualification phase of <br /> procurement. <br /> <br />1.04 SUBMITTALS: <br /> <br /> A. Schedule: Submit to Architect three (3) copies of the schedule of selected hardware; list <br /> each opening and hardware to be applied. State keying, mat~ri~'al, finish and <br /> manufacturer's number for each item. <br /> <br /> B. Manufacturer's Data: Submit manufacturer's descriptive literature along with schedule <br /> for information only. <br /> <br />1.05 DELIVERY: <br /> <br /> A. Examine the Drawings, PROJECT MANUAL, and jobsite conditions in order to <br /> check all items so they will be suitable and of perfect fit and delivered where and <br /> when required. <br /> <br /> B. All hardware shall be delivered at the site, packed separately with all trimmings, screws, <br /> etc., for each paxticular door, all properly labeled and numbered so that they can <br /> <br /> Section 08710 <br /> Page 1-5 <br /> <br /> <br />
