The Owner will engage inspection and test service agencies which are prequalified as <br /> complying with "Recommended Requirements for Independent Laboratory <br /> Qualification" by the American Council of Independent Laboratories. <br /> <br /> 1. Inspection and test service agencies shall be acceptable to the Owner, <br /> Architect and Engineers. <br /> <br /> 1.06 SUBMITTALS: <br /> <br /> A. Submit a certified written report of each re-test or similar service to the Construction <br /> Manager. <br /> <br /> B. Further distribution and number of copies shall be as requested at time of submission. <br />1.07 REPORT DATA: <br /> <br />A. Written inspection or test reports shall include: <br /> <br /> 1. Name of testing agency or test laboratory. <br /> 2. Dates and locations of samples, tests or inspections. <br /> 3. Names of individuals present. <br /> 4. Complete inspection or test data. <br /> 5. Test results. <br /> 6. Interpretations. <br /> 7. Recommendations. <br /> <br />1.08 REPAIR AND PROTECTION: <br /> <br /> A.
