Maintain Project site, including Job Site Office and construction sheds, in neat and <br /> clean condition. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br /> <br />2.01 MATERIALS <br /> <br />A. Provide those required for the provision of temporary facilities and executing controls, <br />including but not limited to: <br /> <br /> 1. Fully functional Jobsite Office space and equipment including fax machine, job <br /> site construction document storage and inspection, record drawing preparation <br /> area, small meeting area, etc. <br /> <br /> B. Provide all protective materials to include, but not limited to, plywood, felt, 3 re_il plastic <br /> sheeting, protective building paper, masking materials, etc. as required to protect historic <br /> materials and previously completed work from ongoing construction work. <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 UTILITIES <br /> <br /> A. Provide utilities of any nature, required for construction or temporary occupancy until <br /> completion of the Work. Include arrangements for and payment of charges for excess <br /> temporary or permanent piping footage required for installation of utilities by utility <br /> companies. <br /> <br /> B. Provide utility reduction items such as transformers and reducing valves, <br /> connections to utility sources, and distribution of utilities. <br /> <br /> C. Provide ample water supply of satisfactory quality and quantity at convenient points <br /> within the Project site for all operations required under this Contract. <br /> <br /> D. Provide temporary wiring for general lighting of the Work and operation of power <br /> equipment. <br /> <br />3.02 CONSTRUCTION AIDS <br /> A. Surveying: <br /> <br /> 1. If Contractor deems necessary, employ licensed Surveyor to verify the Owner's <br /> site survey, bench marks, and lay out the work. <br /> <br /> 2. Surveyor shall stake out building site using data furnished on the Owner's site <br /> survey and confirm established bench marks. <br /> <br /> 3. After laying out necessary lines, levels, and parts of the work as shown, or if not <br /> shown, after being instructed by the Construction Manager, inform workmen <br /> and Subcontractors accordingly. <br /> <br /> Section 01500 <br /> Page 3-6 <br /> <br /> <br />
