Please note <br />that while the costs for individual items listed below may adjust prior to implementation, the <br />total amount per loan for soft costs will not change. Also, while the activities listed below are <br />normai for the typical project, each project may actually differ in the needs for certain of' the <br />services listed below. Therefare, not all services listed below may be performed on every <br />project. Where specific services are not required, the soft costs for that project will be adjusted <br />accordingly. A[so, TDHCA, under curreni rules, wili oniy reimburse the City $1,500 for soft <br />costs for each project campleted therefore, not all items listed below can be charged to TDEiCA <br />for reimbursement on every loan. T1te costs listed below are the actual costs estimate,d to <br />perform the tasks. 'I'he total soft cost charges made to the City for these services will be $1,500 <br />per project. However, if TDHCA requirements and soft cost cap increase, Paris Living will bill <br />soft cost services at the rates listed below. Some or all of the items below may be <br />subcontrected out to other providers. In ihat instance, Paris Living wil] still bill for the total <br />soft costs per loan and subsequendy pay for any subcontractor costs. Subcontracting any 43r all <br />of the items listed below is at the sole discretion of Paris Living. Again ptease note that the <br />aciivitics tisted below are necessary to cach toan closing and the costs arc best eslimales for <br />completing those tasks.
