A motion <br />was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Mayor Pro Manning, for <br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2001-013, approving the appointments of Maria Pope, Rick <br />Hundley, William Heuberger, Effie Grandberry, and Christa Cherry to the <br />Housing Board forthe Owner-Occupied Housing Assistance Program, was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by <br />Councilman McCarthy, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2001-014, resolving that the lease for Hangar H at Cox Field <br />Airport be advertised for bids on the basis of such plans and specifications <br />as the city staff shall deem appropriate, such bids to be received after due <br />notice at the office of the City Manager of the City of Paris, City Hall, 135 <br />1St Street S. E., Paris, Texas 75460, until 3:00 P. M. on Tuesday, March 6, <br />2001, at which time said bids will be opened in the City Council Chambers, <br />City Hall, 135 1St Street S. E., and bids will be tabulated and presented to <br />the City Council on the 12t" day of March 2001, was presented. A motion <br />was made by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, seconded by Councilman Carter, for <br />approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Resolution No. 2001-015, approving the form of the Contract Change <br />Notice No. 03 to the contract for Public Health Services, TDH Document <br />No. 7560022067-2001, and authorizing and directing the City Manager to <br />execute on behalf of the City of Paris, which is the authorized contracting <br />entity for the performing agency, the Paris-Lamar County Health <br />Department, Contract Change Notice No. 03, regarding WIC Card <br />Participation, to the Contract for Public Health Services, was presented. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman <br />McCarthy, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />Resolution No. 2001-016, approving and authorizing a contract between the <br />City of Paris and the firm of Allison, Bass & Associates, L.L.P. to provide <br />necessary professional services to assist the city in federal and state <br />mandated apportionment and reapportionment of City Council single <br />member districts as mandated by state and federal Law and Section 5 of <br />the Federal Voting Rights Act, designating the City Clerk and the City <br />Attorney as the City's official representatives to interface with the <br />
