The City Manager <br />reported that the Sanitation Division processed 800 cubic yards of brush <br />during the previous month. He also reported that the Heritage Park grant <br />application has been submitted and the city will know the results of that <br />application in January. Mr. Malone reported that there have been 146 <br />manholes repaired with regard to the Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey report <br />in the last two months and that there have been three new manholes <br />constructed along with 175 line point repairs in the wastewater system. The <br />Manager also reported that 117,000 linear feet of sewer mains have been <br />cleaned in the past two months. <br />City Manager Malone reminded the City Council that County Judge Cleatus <br />Millsap of Hopkins County is hosting a transportation meeting at the Hopkins <br />County Civic Centerto discuss the reorganization of the I-30 Coalition and the <br />Master Highway Designation Coalition. Also, there will be a briefing regarding <br />the TEX-21 Coalition. City Manager Malone advised that this meeting will be <br />in Sulphur Springs at the Hopkins County Civic Center on December 12, 2000, <br />at 2:30 P.M., and all of the City Council Members are invited to attend that <br />meeting. <br />There being no further business, the meeting as declared adjourned. <br />MICHAEL J.
