Division 15-A <br />Plumbing, <br />PLUhBING FIXTURES: Install plumbing fixtures, where <br />shown on plans. Protect fi:xtures from damage durirng <br />construction and replace any damages without cost to <br />Owner. Fixtures listed hereinafter are taken from the <br />catalogue of several manufacturers and are intended to <br />designate a definite quality of material. Equal <br />quality oP other manufacturers may be used when <br />approved by Architect. Plumber shall submit to the <br />Architect for approval a complete brochure of plumbing <br />fixtures and equipment including comptete catalogue <br />information. Where so indicated and required the <br />Plumber shall install metal carriers for the proper <br />support of wall hung fixtures and assist the carpenter <br />in the installation of required bucks and supports. <br />Unless otherwise called for, all fixtures sha11 be acid <br />resistant. <br />WALL HUNG ZAVATORIES: shall be as follows: (2-in-ALL) <br />vitreous china American Standard 19 x 17 declyn <br />0321.975. Lavatories trim shall be American Standard <br />- 23501.120 with metal handles 4" center set, and wall <br />hanger. Provide with P-trap, flex supply and cut offs. <br />SENGLE COMPARTMENT SI2TIf: sha11 be (1 in-all). Kohler <br />Bakerfield #5834 30° x 21" (4 hole), cast iron with <br />ledge back white enamel inside. Provide Hudee rim for <br />sink support. Fittings shall include Kohler #K15253 <br />faucet with spray, strainer with Crumb Cup, 1',~" x 1 <br />PVC P-trap. Provide wall supplies with stop. <br />TANK CLOSETS: where shown on plan As T1 shall be (2 <br />in-all) American Standard Cadet 17" 3042.109 bowl, and <br />close coupled vitreous china tank. All vitreous china <br />shall be white. Seat shall be solid plastic, open <br />front, without lid, in white. Provide flex supply and <br />cut off. <br />THREE COMPARTMENT 3INK: shall be equal to Just <br />Manufacturing Company Stainless Steel, #TL-2273-A, (3) <br />16 x 22 x 7'-s Bowls, 18 gauge, ledge type, (3) crumb <br />cups, (2) JGN750 13" spout. Complete with "P" Traps and <br />Drains. <br />TWO COMPARTMENT SINK: shall be equal to Just <br />Manufacturing Company, #DL2233B-GR, 20 gauge, 7" deep, <br />stainless steel sink with one JGN750. 13" swing spout <br />with "P" Trap, crumbcup. <br />G'7 <br />
