nxvisxox 15-s <br />HEATING AND A/C <br />ELECTRICAi. WORx: The following work will be approved <br />under Division 16 of the specification: Electrical <br />services from panel to each motor. Make proper connection <br />to all motors and motor controllers as furnished under <br />this Division of specification. Install all manual and <br />interlock control work. Install all conduit and wiring <br />for control system under the direction of the A/C <br />contractor who will furnish thermostats. Provide service <br />and make proper connection to electric heat and controls. <br />Provide service and control switches for exhaust fans. <br />MOTORS AND MOTOR CONTROLLERS• Furnish, for installation <br />by the Electrician, a motor and motor controller for the <br />operations of each piece of equipment. Exhaust fan and <br />motorized damper. Motors shall be G.E., Century, or <br />approved equal with open frame, unless otherwise required. <br />Motor controls shall be G.E., Cutler-Hammer, Allen <br />Bradley, or approved equal. Verify electric service <br />characteristics prior to furnishing motors and <br />controllers. Furnish manual controllers for all such <br />motors. <br />Wall type fan switches shall, when turned on, turn on <br />exhaust fans and activate motorized dampers to open <br />completely the outside air louvers at intake openings. <br />When turned to the off position, the exhaust fans shall <br />turn off and the motorized damper shall be activated to <br />close the fresh air system to the outside air. <br />CONTROL 9YSTEM: Eurnish for installation by the <br />Electrician winter, summer, and auto change over, <br />thermostats, and switches for change from heating to <br />cooling, and fan continuos switch. Thermostats shall be <br />Honeywell, or approved equal, of type required for the <br />operation of heating, cooling, or fan only. It will be <br />the responsibility of the Electrician to install wiring <br />and make all connections for controls. It will be the <br />responsibility of this Contractor to direct such work and <br />give proper notice of any changes required. <br />' AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT SCHEDULE• Is shown in detail <br />on plan. Trade names where shown are intended to <br />designate the quality of equipment desired. Equipment of <br />other manufacturer may be used when approved by the <br />Architect. <br />17 lr% <br />
