This evaluation <br /> should be documented in ali areas of job responsibilities or criteria and perhaps in criteria not listed as <br /> <br />w¢11. <br /> <br />Effectively bleats Requirements: This employee consistently demonstrates competent performance or <br />exceeds the standards tn each job responsibility or criteria. If the margin is narrow and standards are <br />barely satisfied, explain in d~tail ~is rating. <br /> <br />Note: Set goals for performance improvement. <br /> <br />ReC. luires Improvement: Performance periodically or regularly falls short of normal standards. Specific <br />deficiencies should be noted in fl~is evaluation.
