Advised lwo River Authorities engaged in a joint venture to <br /> provide wholesale wastewater sen/ice on a regional basis about the financial and management pradices appropriate to <br /> employ in developing the new regional entity. <br /> <br /> · San Antonio Water System (SAWS) Storm Water Management Plan; San Antonio, TX; Senior Management Consultant. <br /> Developed a customer-billing database for storm water utilizing land data information was developed from the Bexar <br /> Appraisal g[strid (BAD) for its 250,000 + customers. Working with the BAg's ARC/iNFO GIS and four independent customer <br /> databases to compile the storm water customer database, they designed the database and rate strudure and assisted SAWS <br /> with requirement definitions for modifying ils existing customer information and billing system. <br /> <br /> · Utility Process Improvement, Various Locations; TX; Project Manager. Prepared accounting procedure manuals, extension <br /> policies, property unitization manuals and indired cost studies to assist management in operating their accounting and <br /> financial fundions at several utilities including San Antonio, Shreveport, Bossier City and Miami-gade. <br /> <br /> · Integrated Management Programs.
