Currently developing o cost based <br /> water and wastewoter pricing slrudure on a regional basis for retail and wholesale customers of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The <br /> cily currently has a non-cost based pricing structure. <br /> <br />· Water Rate Study and Distribution System Assessment (Merger of LiltJe Rock and No~th LJltJe Rock Water Utility Systems); <br /> Liltle Rock/North Liltle Rock, AR; Senior Management Consultant. Performing a cost of service water rate study including <br /> evaluation of the need for impad fees and on updating of its ancillary fees and charges. This includes establishing financial <br /> and service policies for the merged utility. An evaluation of each city's distribution system is also being performed with the <br /> results being incorporated into the initial pricing strudure for the merged utility operation.
