Currently developing o cost based water and wastewoter pricing slrudure on a regional basis for retail and wholesale customers of Hot Springs, Arkansas. The cily currently has a non-cost based pricing structure. · Water Rate Study and Distribution System Assessment (Merger of LiltJe Rock and No~th LJltJe Rock Water Utility Systems); Liltle Rock/North Liltle Rock, AR; Senior Management Consultant. Performing a cost of service water rate study including evaluation of the need for impad fees and on updating of its ancillary fees and charges. This includes establishing financial and service policies for the merged utility. An evaluation of each city's distribution system is also being performed with the results being incorporated into the initial pricing strudure for the merged utility operation. Developed and implemented a single cost based pricing structure Jar water and wastewater service for the Wood County, Ohio utility with different rates ia each of lwenty~~o different service areas.
