ERI Consulting, Inc. <br /> <br />- MCE filters mounted in 25mm conductive cassettes, <br /> at a height of 3 to 5 feet above the floor. Sample <br /> volume shall be approximately 1,800 liters. <br /> <br /> 1.1.8.2 A total of five (5) samples will be collected <br /> simultaneously inside each flooring containment and <br /> one (1) sample outside the containment. Clearance <br /> will be by Phase Contrast Microscopy (PCM) <br /> analysis. Clearance will be achieved if each of <br />-- the inside samples are equal to or less than 0.01 <br /> f/cc. <br /> <br />-- 1.1.8.3 A total of eight (8) samples will be collected <br /> throughout the UARCO building after all TSI has <br /> been removed. Clearance will be by Phase Contrast <br /> Microscopy (PCM) analysis. Clearance will be <br /> achieved if each of the inside samples are equal to <br /> or less than 0.01 f/cc. <br /> <br /> 1.1.8.4 If clearance is not achieved on the first attempt, <br /> the contractor will be required to reclean and <br />_ spray lockdown in all areas as specified above. <br /> After the first set of samples are collected and <br /> analyzed, subsequent samples will be collected and <br /> analyzed at the contractor's expense. <br /> <br /> 1.1.9 Disposal: All asbestos-containing material and suspected <br /> asbestos-containing material, including all polyethylene, <br /> will be double-bagged in 6 mil polyethylene bags with the <br /> required ,'Danger" label. Bulk materials shall be wrapped <br /> in two or more layers of 6 mil poly and properly labeled. <br /> All waste shall be labeled with the name of the owner, <br /> the location of the facility, and the name of the <br /> contractor in one-half inch high letters with the label <br /> attached to the inside layer so it can be read through <br /> the outside. All waste containers shall be wet wiped or <br /> washed. Disposal shall be at a Type I Municipal Solid <br /> Waste Disposal site as permitted by the Texas Natural <br /> Resource Conservation Commission/Texas Department of <br /> Health. All material shall be disposed of on waste <br /> shipment records as specified in the NESKAP regulations <br /> or on a Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission's <br /> Hazardous Waste Manifest.
