ERI Consulting, Inc. <br /> <br /> and will be signed by an authorized representative of <br /> the City of Paris. All D.O.T. regulations shall be <br /> complied with in regard to the transporting of the <br />-- asbestos-containing materials. <br /> <br /> 1.1.9.1 Twenty-four (24) hours' notice shall be given prior <br />-- to the hauling of asbestos-containing materials to <br /> the landfill. ERI Consulting, Inc. reserves the <br /> right to follow all asbestos-containing material to <br />_ the landfill. <br /> <br /> 1.1.9.2 The transportation of asbestos-containing waste <br /> materials to the landfill shall be conducted only <br /> by individuals licensed by the State of Texas as an <br /> asbestos transporter. The Consultant and owner <br /> shall be furnished a copy of the asbestos <br /> transporter's license prior to transportation of <br /> the waste material. An independent third-party <br /> transporter is required to haul all asbestos- <br /> containing materials from the job site. <br /> <br /> 1.1.9.3 Ail asbestos-containing waste materials shall be <br /> removed from the site at or before the time of <br /> final acceptance and properly disposed of within <br /> ten (10) days of project completion at a <br /> licensed/approved landfill. <br /> <br /> 1.1.10 Reestablisl%ment of work area: <br /> <br /> 1.1.10.1 Upon passing clearance testing in accordance with <br /> Section 1.1.8, the contractor shall dismantle the <br /> containment and reestablish the work areas. <br /> <br /> 1.1.10.2 Any damages caused as a result of the contractor's <br /> activities shall be repaired as directed by the <br /> owner or owner's representative. The owner may <br /> elect at their option to make their own repairs and <br /> withhold the cost for such repairs from the monies <br /> due the contractor. <br /> <br /> 1.1.11 The owner will furnish utilities presently available at <br /> the site at no expense to the contractor. The contractor <br /> shall set up GFCI distribution panels to provide <br /> distribution for the project. <br /> <br /> Where necessary, all electrical systems may be <br /> deactivated with the aid of the City of Paris personnel. <br /> Panel boxes and electrical sources may be locked out by <br /> the contractor. All electricity used by the contractor <br /> shall be connected at the source using ground fault <br /> <br /> <br />
