The <br />property owner contacted him after the meeting and wants to repair the structure. <br />Robert stated that the structure is deteriorated and has foundation damage, there's <br />a tarp on the roof due to roof damage, missing siding, missing and deteriorating <br />wood, and shingles are missing. Janice Phillips (Mrs. Brunson's mother) wants to <br />help financially. <br />Original recommendation: Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to <br />demolish if not the City has the right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day <br />civil penalty. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Zac Saffle to allow 90 days <br />to repair.
