The <br />plan will be used as a stand-alone document for water department training and <br />"meshes" with the water system's citywide ERP. <br />Vulnerability Assessment Assistance <br />Brazos River Authority <br />FNI assisted the Brazos River Authority (BRA) in preparing primary <br />components of the water system VA utilizing a workshop format and <br />field site characterization data. Utilizing the RAM-W methodology, <br />FNI assisted the BRA in determining the risk to each facility by <br />evaluating the system's effectiveness against each adversary. The <br />workshop also included a session presenting available security <br />system technologies. <br />PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br />The following projects represent reliability assessments FNI was asked to perform <br />FREESE AND in advance of the eioterriorism Act: <br />NICHOLS: Water Treatment Plant Facility Plan- Reliability Assessment <br />City of Fort Worth <br />FNI evaluated the reliability of the Rolling Hills Water Treatment <br />HELPING YOU Plant as well as the overall distribution system and FOKTWq.KTH <br />recommended improvements. The assessment identified <br />vulnerable system components. Failures of system components <br />PROTECT YOUR were analyzed for the impact on the City's ability to deliver and distribute treated <br />water throughout the system. The capacity and reliability of the raw water system <br />SUPPLY based on projected and recommended raw water system improvements was <br />evaluated. Improvements to increase reliability were prioritized for the City's <br />WATER <br />capital improvement program. (Personal experience of Project Manager Tina <br />Hanson, P. E.) <br />East Side Water Treatment Plant- Vulnerability Assessment <br />City of Dallas <br />The assessment identified vulnerable system components. The inspections consisted <br />of a review of the project plans, a site visit, and a letter report of observations, <br />conclusions and recommendations.
